the hotel location was adequate for tram access.
my room had no warm water during the entire four night stay, this was not addressed despite reporting it. the staff acknowledged this problem only at checkout with indifference. the room was also not cleaned .

I liked that the decor was well designed. the hotel offered a bike rental service. it helped to explore the city. The breakfast was excellent. it was not a buffet but à la carte. the super nice team.
the lights and fan in my room were broken. it was not disclosed that the hostel was attached to a late night bar and restaurant. the bathrooms were shared with the restaurant. i felt really uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the creative concept with uniquely themed rooms, offering a nice experience. The friendly staff provided excellent service, happily offering helpful local recommendations. I found the location convenient, close to a tram stop for easy city access (the tram was SO reliable).
The shared bathrooms required a short walk from my room (but they were always clean).

the tram stops were so close. it made getting around simple. there were a lot of shops nearby. i could get anything i needed easy. the inside is cool. it really did exceed my expectations, you know.
the room didn't have coffee making facilities. it would have been good to have a kettle.

I found the themed rooms so fun. My room was behind a hidden bookshelf! the doors locked at night . everything was so clean!
i had to remember communal toilets are downstairs which was a bit of a pain at night. it was upstairs!

I found the absence of coffee facilities a bit disappointing. I would love to start my day with a hot cup in my room.
